In order to keep the "personal" in online personal training, only a certain number of online training clients will be accepted each month as space opens up. Please click below to express your interest, add your name to the wait list, and get additional information. There is no obligation to purchase; further details will be provided before final program commitment.

If you have specific fitness and/or body composition goals, some past experience with and/or basic knowledge of exercise, no medical/physical exercise restrictions, access to basic exercise equipment/workout facility, and are self-motivated but seeking PERSONAL accountability, encouragement, and expertise, well then...the MORE online personal training program is a perfect fit!
