ONLINE Training - YOUR VERY OWN PERSONAL TRAINER FOR AROUND $2 DAY!

  • Monthly Membership, no long-term commitment: $70 

IN-PERSON Training 

Packages offered for either private (1 person) or semi-private (2 people). Sessions are 45 minutes.

  • Jump Start - 8 sessions: $400 (Private); $280/pp (Semi-private)
  • Momentum - 12 sessions: $600 (Private); $420/pp (Semi-private)
  • All-In - 24 sessions: SAVE 10% $1080 (Private); $756/pp (Semi-private)



TRAINING FAQ:

Q: Can't I just buy a few sessions or buy one online workout to get me started?

A: Sorry...no. As I said above, I'm not interested in wasting your time or money! I'm interested in helping you gain serious momentum toward your fitness goals once and for all and that means we have to work together for just a bit longer than one workout. That said, I offer options for all budgets.

The top two reasons people hire a coach/trainer are ACCOUNTABILITY and EXPERTISE. 

There is no shortage of information in the world about how to live a healthy lifestyle. Even still, research by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicates that only about 45% of American adults engage in the minimum recommended levels of physical activity and nearly two-thirds of the adult population is overweight. Lack of information is not the problem...it's lack of action!

Some say knowledge equals power, but the power only comes when you put that knowledge into EFFECTIVE, CONSISTENT ACTION! And studies show that having a coach to guide and support that action increases your chances of adherence and ultimately success. Whether you need a comprehensive lifestyle modification and weight management program, a few coaching sessions, or simply direction and motivation in the gym, I can help...

Q: Why is the FAB Program so many weeks? Can I just purchase a few of the sessions?

A: No such thing as 21 days to a new habit...sorry. Research shows it takes more like 66 days to form a habit and upwards of 6 months before it becomes part of your "personality". Each week of the FAB program unfolds in a very systematic and purposeful way to create sustainable change in three key areas affecting health: Food, Activity, and Behavior. This is a holistic lifestyle modification and weight management program and completely "anti-quick fix". That said, stand alone sessions are available in packages of 4 for those who desire general health coaching outside of the program.
