Should You Eat Breakfast?

Over the years, we’ve been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Many of my clients tell me they eat breakfast even when they’re NOT HUNGRY because this gets their metabolism going and helps them lose/maintain weight (or so they read). Is all of this true?

In this short video, I’ll answer this question but most importantly, explain that we are asking the wrong question! I’ll tell you the only question related to breakfast you should ask, and of course provide the answer, so you can “breakfast” like a pro!
