The 3 C’s to Habit Formation

If you search the word “Habit” in Amazon, over 40,000 related books come up. There is no shortage of tips, tools, and advice on habit formation. But while the psychology of habit change is well-researched and documented, many people still struggle with applying these principles in order to create lasting health habits.

In this short video, I’ll take this very broad topic and break it into 3 simple steps so that you can create momentum on positive habits starting today. I’ll also share one habit I struggled to implement and the amazingly simple tool I used to finally succeed (my family even laughed at it…but it worked)!
