Each year, millions of people ring in the New Year with well-intended Resolutions. Statistics tell us that nearly 60% of those resolutions will be related to health and weight loss. But statistics also show that only about 8% of those resolutions will succeed! Is all hope lost? Of course not! My entire coaching practice is about changing those statistics by helping chronic “resolution-setters” break the cycle and achieve their health goals.
