Many experts today agree that a “low-carb” way of eating has many health benefits. Rather than simply jump on that band wagon and tell you to ditch your carbs, in this short video I’ll explain what happens to that carb when you eat it and how and why our bodies either use it (yay!) or store it as body fat (um…no thanks!).

I break down the science into a simple suitcase analogy that is so easy to remember, you may start to use it in everyday lunch conversation when deciding on the salad or sandwich (and either choice can be a-ok depending on your suitcase)!
